Accessibility Guide

Accessibility

At Peppa Pig World of Play, Indoor Play Center we recognize that everyone’s needs are different and have therefore designed our attraction with this in mind. We review our risk assessments and policies annually to ensure we remain as accessible as possible to all guests, including wheelchair access.

We have access for guests with disabilities throughout the Center. For groups, please be aware that for health and safety reasons we are only able to accommodate a certain number of wheelchairs within the attraction at any one time. Please speak to our team for more information.

Are we suitable?

Although we endeavour to make our attraction as accessible as possible, we recognize that not everything will be suitable for everyone. We therefore are happy to provide a complimentary tour of the attraction prior to you purchasing tickets to ensure that we are suitable for you to come and explore! Please speak to our admissions team upon arrival or contact us in advance if you are pre-planning your trip. Full information of our play zones are noted below to assist you in planning your visit with us.

Free Caregiver Policy

Persons with a disability are required to purchase a standard entry ticket, this can be purchased online or at the attraction subject to availability. If they require a caregiver to accompany them then this will be allocated free of charge when visiting the attraction. There is no need to contact us or pre-book a caregiver ticket; however please make our admissions team aware upon arrival.

Guide Dogs

Guide dogs are permitted within the attraction.

Website

We recognize the need for this website to be accessible to all. We have implemented a number of features to make this website easy to use, especially for users with disabilities.

This website aims to conform to Level A standard of the W3C’s Web Accessibility Initiative’s Web Content Accessibility Guidelines. It also includes many features found in AA sites such as color considerations and easily resizable fonts. We will continue to make improvements and make sure this website conforms to these guidelines.

Feedback

We are always looking to make improvements and so if you have any queries or feedback from your visit, please contact us here.

Accessibility Guide

Due to the free-roaming play nature of our attraction, not all areas will be suitable for everyone. The majority of our attraction is on one-level, with even flooring, however some of our play areas have additional safety flooring surrounding them. Audio is played throughout the attraction and our teams are unable to change the volume level. Therefore it is recommended that those sensitive to louder environments bring suitable protection equipment.
