You will be greeted by our Admissions Host who will assist you with your check-in and sell any additional guest tickets.

After your two-hour party has concluded in the party room, you and your guests are welcome to stay and play in the main attraction.

Sundays: 12:30pm & 3:00pm
- Birthday parties must be booked online at least 7 days in advance. Payment is taken at time of booking in order to reserve your party package, date and time. You will receive a confirmation email email upon booking and a follow-up call from one of our team members.
- 11 child minimum required.
- 24-person maximum single-room occupancy; 48-person maximum double-room occupancy. You are automatically allocated a party room upon booking, based on your group size.
- Adults and children (ages 1+) require tickets to attend. Children under 1 are free.
- Birthday party packages are non-refundable within 2 weeks of your party date. This includes unused tickets on the day of your party.

CHECK-IN PROCESS
We recommend having the majority of your group gathered together prior to checking in with the admission desk. If you are running late, we will do our best to accommodate your party in the time remaining, but we cannot extend your time in the private room past the 2 hours allotted. Please make us aware of any changes in guest counts as soon as possible; as unfortunately we cannot go beyond our room capacities.
WHAT TO BRING
- Order Confirmation: Please bring with you the email confirmation of your order, either printed or you can present this on your mobile device.
- Everyone will need to be wearing socks with grips to ensure they are able to play safely.
ADDITIONAL PARTY FOOD
You may bring a store-bought cake (or cupcakes) that includes a list of ingredients. No other outside food or beverages are permitted. We are unable add additional food on the day of your party. All extra food orders need to be placed and paid for 7 days in advance via email.

All tickets must be booked online at least 7 days in advance.
Our party room can accommodate up to 48 guests (adults & children).
You may bring a store-bought cake (or cupcakes), but no other outside food or beverages are permitted.
With the exception of the 2 free adult tickets provided, every adult is required to have a paid ticket to enter. Adult birthday party tickets are $5.00 per person and can be purchased online when booking your party.
We recommend your entire group arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled birthday party time.
If you are running late, we will do our best to accommodate your party in the time remaining, but we cannot extend your time in the private room past the 2 hours allotted.
If some of your guests arrive late, our party host will do their best to escort all late guests to the party room but there may be a delay.
Please bring the email confirmation of your order either printed or presented on your mobile device. Again, you are able to bring a cake or cupcakes, but no other outside food or beverages are allowed.
Other than the above, there is no need to bring anything else. We’ll handle the rest!
Yes, but there must be at least one adult for every 10 children present. Pick-up can take place in front of Peppa Pig World of Play where you first arrived. We ask that birthday parents communicate this to any parents who are just dropping off their children for the party.
Due to fire regulations, open flames (i.e. lighting candles) are not permitted at Peppa Pig World of Play Chicago.
